The Management of the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT), Zaria, has graduated another set of trainees.
A statement from the Information and Public Relations Unit Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT), Zaria said twenty-five (25) participants of the Standard Flight Operations Course No. 31 (SFO-31); and Ten (10) participants of the Computer Hardware Installation and Maintenance Course No. 02 (CHIM-02).
The two graduation ceremonies, which took place simultaneously at the College’s ultra-modern Auditorium Complex, were declared open by the Dean of the Flying School, Capt. Babazima Mohammed.
Capt Babazima Mohammed in collaboration with the Course Coordinators, presented the graduates to the Deputy Rector (Administration), Engr. John Ali, who found them worthy and qualified and formally admitted them into the fold of graduates of the College.
Exercising the authority delegated to him by the Rector/Chief Executive, the Deputy Rector (Administration) formally declared the graduates of the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology.
He commended them for successfully meeting the rigorous academic requirements of their respective courses.
According to him, their graduation opens the door to the vast opportunities available within the aviation industry.
He urged the graduates to be guided at all times by strict adherence to the standards and regulations governing the aviation industry in the discharge of their duties.
As proud ambassadors of NCAT, he further enjoined them to uphold the College’s core values, which include professionalism, uncompromising adherence to standards, continuous learning, punctuality, diligence, teamwork, and excellence in service delivery.
He noted that these qualities are among the hallmarks of a successful career in the highly dynamic and sophisticated aviation industry.
While encouraging them to remain active members of the NCAT Alumni Association through its various chapters, he assured them of the College’s open-door policy whenever they require guidance or professional support.
He thereafter formally declared them graduates of the College and wished them safe journeys to their various destinations.
The Chief Librarian of the College, among other members of the Management staff, joined the Deputy Rector (Administration) at the graduation ceremonies.
