The Executive Chairman began his day as the Chief Host at the Hanan Malam Sani Academy Zaria 2026 Graduation, Speech, Award and Prize-Giving Day, held at FUEZ, Zaria.
At the occasion he congratulated the graduating students on their achievement and encouraged them to remain committed to education, describing investment in human capital as one of the major priorities of his administration. He urged the students to see their education not merely as a qualification, but as a foundation for becoming responsible citizens and future leaders.
From there, Engr Jamil Mohammad jaga proceeded to Barewa College, where he attended the endorsement of APC candidates for the 2027 elections and the presentation of an Award of Excellence by the APC Grassroots Governance Group (APC G3).
The gathering reaffirmed support for:�Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for President,�Sen. Uba Sani for Governor of Kaduna State,�Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen for the House of Representatives,�Dr. Muktar Ramalan Yero for Senatorial District I,�alongside the party’s candidates for the two State House of Assembly seats.
Engr. Jaga thereafter proceeded to the Zaria Local Government Hall for the inauguration of the Tinubu/Uba/Abbas Tajudeen Support Group (TUA), Tajudeen Abbas Media Frontliners (TAMF), and Jagoran Talakawa Movement, led by the wife of the Speaker, Hajiya Fatima Abbas Tajudeen.
A statement signed by Abdullahi Abubakar lawal SA New Media to the chairman said the women-focused initiative aims to mobilise 100,000 women voters across Zaria Federal Constituency, with a structure targeting 50 women voters from each polling unit. Engr. Jaga commended Hajiya Fatima Abbas Tajudeen for her initiative, commitment and grassroots mobilisation efforts.
The statement added that beyond political engagements, the Chairman remained focused on development. He proceeded to the Women Development Centre construction site for an inspection and supervision visit, reinforcing his administration’s commitment to projects that can expand opportunities and improve the lives of women in the community.
He later attended the Janazah prayer for Malam Dauda Garba and Head Teacher Muhammad Jumare at Tudun Wada, offering prayers for the deceased and asking Allah to forgive their shortcomings and grant them Aljannatul Firdaus.
His engagements continued with attendance at the Uba Sani Iyan Zazzau Transformation Movement in Kofar Doka, Zaria, under the leadership of Hon. Haruna Bako Wadata.
On his way back, Engr. Jaga made another stop at the Agoro Underpass Project for an on-the-spot inspection, demonstrating his continued attention to infrastructure and ongoing development projects within the Local Government.
He rounded off the day by attending the Team Jaga Special Get-Together at Cairo Restaurant, where he commended the organisers for bringing members and supporters together and appreciated their efforts and commitment.
From education to political engagement, from project supervision to community development, from offering condolences to engaging with grassroots stakeholders, Engr. Jaga’s day reflected a leadership style built around visibility, accessibility and service.
